Elmfields accredited by the Good Business Charter
We’re pleased to share that Elmfields has been accredited by the Good Business Charter, recognising our commitment to responsible business practices as we continue to grow.
The Good Business Charter sets a benchmark for responsible business in the UK, with accredited organisations required to meet commitments covering how they treat their people, customers, suppliers and the wider environment.
The accreditation follows a strong period of recognition for us, including recently being named Best UK Legal Marketing Specialists 2026 and Specialist Legal Marketing Agency of the Year 2026.
While those awards recognise the work we deliver for law firms and barristers’ chambers, Good Business Charter accreditation also reflects the kind of business we want to build behind that work.
Building Elmfields the right way
Elmfields is a specialist legal directory consultancy and digital visibility partner for law firms and barristers’ chambers.
We are proud of the outstanding results we achieve for our clients, but the way we build Elmfields matters just as much to us.
Our FIELD values have always been intended to shape how we actually operate instead of just sitting on an About page. As we grow, we want to make sure the standards we expect in our client work also extend to how we treat our team and make decisions as a business.
Good Business Charter accreditation gives us an external framework against which to hold ourselves accountable.
What the accreditation means
To become accredited, organisations commit to the Good Business Charter’s ten components of responsible business practice.
For Elmfields, that includes commitments around fair pay and employee wellbeing, creating an inclusive workplace, reducing our environmental impact, treating suppliers fairly and maintaining high standards in how we work with our clients.
More than a shiny badge
One of our core values as a business is that if we wouldn’t do something for our own business, we wouldn’t recommend it to our clients.
Responsible business practices should form part of the foundations of a company, instead of something to think about once the company reaches a certain size.
We’re pleased to have that commitment recognised by the Good Business Charter and, more importantly, to have a standard against which we can continue to hold ourselves accountable.
